Associate Optometrist Opportunity – Join Our Growing Team!
Are you a motivated doctor looking for a rewarding challenge and the chance to grow your clinical skills? We’re seeking a positive, outgoing optometrist to join our patient-focused, technology-driven practice.

Our ideal candidate is confident, personable, and passionate about helping patients while contributing to the growth of the practice. You’ll have the opportunity to develop advanced expertise in specialty contact lenses (scleral, RGP, hybrid, and bifocal) and dry eye management through our 20/20 Dry Eye Spa, which features MiboFlo, LipiFlow, IPL, and OptiLift treatments. Full training will be provided, including hands-on IPL procedures for ocular inflammation, demodex, and rosacea.

You’ll be supported by a dedicated, experienced team that handles pre-testing, contact lens training, frame styling, and patient education—allowing you to focus on providing exceptional care.

We offer competitive, production-based pay with performance bonuses, along with a retirement plan and health insurance. New graduates are welcome, we’re happy to train the right candidate! The position is 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday), beginning January 2026.
