Open Position: Full-Time Optometrist (San Ramon, CA)

20/20 OPTOMETRY, located in beautiful San Ramon, CA, is seeking a passionate and patient-focused Optometrist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will work in a modern and well-equipped environment designed to support high-quality, personalized patient care.

In this role, you will conduct comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, and prescribe glasses and contact lenses tailored to each patient’s needs. You will also help educate patients on eye health and collaborate closely with our staff to ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone who visits our clinic.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine and specialized eye exams, diagnose eye conditions, and recommend appropriate treatments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and effective team collaboration
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to deliver individualized, high-quality care
• Familiarity with modern optometric equipment, procedures, and technologies (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree and a valid California optometry license
• Commitment to patient-centered care and maintaining high ethical and professional standards
• Experience in a clinical or retail optometry setting is preferred but not required
