​Join Our Private Optometry Practice in San Jose (Almaden Valley): $70-75/hr + $100-300 Per Dry Eye/Myopia Case, PTO, 401K match

$70-75/hr + bonuses ($100-300 per new dry eye/myopia case, potential to make over $1,000/day), PTO, 401K, and medical.
Work 3-4 days/week in a modern, patient-focused clinic.
We specialize in ocular disease, myopia control, and dry eye management. 
We will also provide mentorship and support for the right candidate- enjoy growth opportunities in niche services while building your career.

• Strong interest in ocular disease, myopia control, and dry eye management.
• Exceptional clinical and communication skills, with a focus on exceeding patient needs.
• Passion for building long-term patient relationships and helping grow specialty services.
