Full-Time · Part-Time · Fill-In (Ideal Start Date: June 9th, 2026 but flexible)

20/20 Optometry is a well-supported, patient-centered practice committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality eye care to our community.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀
Full-Time or Part-Time: Flexible start date and schedule; clinic operates Tuesday – Saturday

Fill-In Coverage: June 9 – July 9 (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) — coverage needed while our other doctor is on temporary leave.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
· Full-Time or Part-Time: Competitive market rate + bonus (negotiable)
· Fill-In: $500–$600/day (negotiable)
 
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗻
· Perform comprehensive eye exams and manage a broad range of ocular conditions 
· Prescribe glasses and contact lenses tailored to each patient's needs 
· Educate and counsel patients on eye health and preventative care 
· Collaborate with a supportive team of two opticians and one receptionist to deliver a seamless patient experience
 
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
· OD degree and valid California optometry license required 
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
· Genuine commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care 
· New graduates and experienced ODs alike are welcome
