OPEN POSITION: Part-Time Optometrist (Milpitas, CA)

Part-Time Position:  Milpitas Optometric Group is a busy, professional, multi-doctor private practice looking for an associate for 3 days / week including some Saturdays (schedule is flexible).  Must have exceptional communication and clinical skills and be willing to learn and take on some practice management/peripheral responsibilities (things they should have taught you in Optometry school but didn’t). We practice full scope, medical model optometry, myopia control and have all the latest diagnostic equipment.  Our goal is to find the right doctor for eventual full-time employment and possible partnership.  Salary based on productivity.   Benefits included depending on hours worked: Retirement plan, paid time off, sick days, health insurance, CE allowance.
