Open Position: Part-Time Optometrist (San Francisco, CA)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Optometrist looking to join our growing practice. We need a TPA certified optometrist to work Saturdays plus one additional day. The position can lead to a full-time position in the future. Our practice strives at going above and beyond to deliver quality patient care.


Location
Eyes in Disguise is located at 2133 Union Street, San Francisco, California.


Practice Overview
We provide full scope optometry with modern technology. We provide Primary Eyecare including contact lens and specialty contact lens fittings. We also treat and perform testing for glaucoma as well as emergency eye care. We have a Zeiss Visual field, an Ifusion (OCT and fundus camera), and an iProfiler (autorefractor/tonometer). We also have 2 exam lanes, one of them digital.


Qualifications

• OD degree with minimum TPA certification, but GLC certification preferred.

• Must be available to work Saturdays

• Computer skills preferred; we use electronic medical records.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Demonstrated compassion for patients

• Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
